Q: Are your perfume/cologne authentic?
A: Yes, all of our fragrances are 100% authentic. We source our products from a lot of the same wholesalers & distributers as other popular fragrance discounters do. We do not sell any fakes, knock-offs or imitations.
Q: Are your fragrance oils Alcohol free?
A: Yes, we have the finest top grade quality oils 100% free from alcohol,. We have a huge selection of over 250 fragrances oils in stock and continuously growing each and everyday.

Q: How can I check on status of my order?
A: You can check on your order by logging into My Account and checking "My Order".
Q: How long does shipping usual take?
A: Approximately 3-5 Days. Once your order is placed, it will take 1-2 days for processing and 2-3 for delivery. Please note that due to inclement weather and holiday seasons, Arrival times are only an estimate and may take longer.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase. Items must be in original package and unused. Please refer to our return policy page for more information.
