FRAGRANCE KING REFUND POLICY
For online orders shipped to a U.S. address, FRAGRANCE KING gladly accept returns of merchandise for a full refund if we receive your return within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Requests for refund must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as your purchase was made. We do not accept returns made after 14 days of purchase date. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus an applicable sales tax.
Include the following information with your return: The item, order number, and name and billing address. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed. FRAGRANCE KING is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. We advise you to use a trackable and insured shipping method.
